Barks of Hope is a 501c3 non-profit organization, founded in September 2014. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find forever homes for stray dogs in Puerto Rico.

We are in partnership with two rescue organizations in New Jersey and one in New York, that help us find those forever homes for our rescues in the US.
